01 · How it works
Call and describe it
Call 901-338-3088 and tell me the year, make, model and what it's doing. Most problems can be narrowed down over the phone, and you'll know up front whether it's a job that can be done on site.
I come to the vehicle
Home, workplace, apartment lot. The van carries diagnostic equipment, A/C recovery machines and the common parts, so the work starts on arrival.
Diagnosis, then a price
You get told what's wrong, what it takes to fix it, and what it costs before any repair begins. Nothing gets replaced because it might be the problem.
Repaired on the spot
Most jobs finish in one visit. The few that need a lift or machine work get arranged, and you're told that before anyone touches the vehicle.

Faith Automotive was opened in 2019 by Chris Longo, born and raised in the Memphis area. He is divorced and has 3 children.
Chris is a U.S. Navy veteran who served three years on active duty as an Engineman. He was assigned to the USS John F. Kennedy (CV-67), where he served as a member of the ship’s Small Craft Search and Rescue Team. In recognition of his service and contributions, he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. His service aboard the USS John F. Kennedy was part of a distinguished legacy of naval service and achievement, with the ship earning numerous honors and awards throughout her operational history.
Your vehicle will be in good hands with Faith Automotive, as Chris is an ASE Certified Technician, a Ford Master Technician, and a Ford Specialist Technician, among other certifications.
When not working, you'll find Chris spending time with his dogs or being involved in one of the many outdoor activities he enjoys, such as fishing, jet skis, and ATV trail rides.
